Leftover Banana Goodness

Whatever you want to call it, I put the leftover Phyllo sheets from the Spanakopita that I made for dinner.

Leftover Banana Goodness

1 ripe banana
½ cup chocolate chips
Leftover Phyllo pastry dough
1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1. Butter the layers of Phyllo pastry sheets together.
2. Place slices of banana and chocolate chips evenly in a pile about 4"x7" on the sheets.
3. Evenly pour the maple syrup over the bananas and fold the phyllo dough over, and on the edges, to make a fully wrapped rectangle.
4. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve Immediately and enjoy!
